Olifin is the result of an entrepreneurial adventure launched in 2022 by its founder, Brice Palayer. Our firm responds to a strong conviction, that of providing its clients with the best professional standards in valuation and financial modeling in an increasingly complex economic and financial environment.
The firm is growing rapidly and has the ambition to become a key player in its field. Its President, Brice Palayer, has more than 15 years of experience in valuation and financial modeling and is Head of Valuation of one of the main independent private equity funds, the Siparex Group in Lyon.
The Group is in the process of deploying its offer to private equity and corporate players.
Responsibilities
The candidate will be involved in the entire valuation and financial modeling process. Thanks to a privileged access to the different actors of the Private Equity market and companies and to a recognized sector expertise, you will intervene on a French and international scope. The candidate will join a unique work environment combining benevolence, humility, courage and investment.
You will be required to work on the following types of missions:
- Estimation of the value of securities or assets of a company in the context of a transaction or a tax or legal reorganization
- Valuation of asset portfolios for private equity firms
- Valuation of a company's intangible assets (purchase price allocation, brand valuation, intellectual property valuation in the context of implementing a transfer pricing policy, etc.)
- Evaluation of financial instruments (Management Packages)
- Modeling (project financing, LBOs, public-private partnerships, business plans, etc.)
You will progressively evolve towards a managerial role, including team management, mission planning and day-to-day management of customer relations.

Your profile:
- Graduate of a business school or a postgraduate degree, you wish to develop a 3 to 6 years experience in the field of valuation and financial modeling, Transaction Services or Corporate Finance
- You are analytical, able to synthesize information and are rigorous.
- You have management skills.
- You have strong report writing and proofreading skills, emphasizing conciseness and risk management.
- You are adaptable and proactive in order to contribute to the excellence of our service to our customers.
- You speak and write fluently in English.
