Senior Developer
As part of the Group's innovation strategy, we are looking for a developer with a first experience in Corporate Finance.
Job description
The candidate, who will be autonomous, will be in charge of the technical development of the valuation platform as well as of the reporting models for our corporate and investment fund clients. Thanks to a privileged access to the different players of the private equity and corporate market and to a recognized sector expertise, you will work on a French and international scope. The candidate will join a unique work environment combining benevolence, humility, courage and investment.
Responsibilities
The Senior Developer will focus on the development of technical tools in direct collaboration with the President of Olifin. However, he/she will be required to intervene occasionally on the following types of missions:
- Estimation of the value of securities or assets of a company in the context of a transaction or a tax or legal reorganization
- Valuation of asset portfolios for private equity firms
- Valuation of a company's intangible assets (purchase price allocation, brand valuation, intellectual property valuation in the context of implementing a transfer pricing policy, etc.)
- Valuation of financial instruments (Management packages)
- Modeling (project financing, LBOs, public-private partnerships, business plans, etc.)
This is a strategic position that can quickly evolve into an equity partner in the short to medium term.

Your profile:
- You are a graduate of a business and/or engineering school
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in the production of applications, websites or functional software
- You master back-end and front-end development
- You have a 1st successful experience in Corporate Finance (Valuation, M&A, Audit, Transaction Services)
- You are looking for flexibility and hybrid working conditions (90% remote)
- You are fluent in English
